In my Bring Your Sexy Back - 12 Week Self Paced Program - I take you from never having exercised before, to learning the basics of weight training, to using my secrets to body sculpting. 3 LEVELS OF INTENSITY THAT BUILDS OVER 12 WEEKS
Level One Beginner: The Level One Bring Your Sexy Back plan consists of ‘bring your sexy back basics’ and is suitable for those just beginning, or in rehabilitation from injury — like if you’ve hurt your knees from too much running — or if you want to make sure you’re using correct technique from the very beginning. You can always increase your reps and sets for more intensity. Routines are set at 2-3 times a week and build regularity and strength to enable you to move on to Level Two.
Level Two Challenge: The Level Two Bring Your Sexy Back plan continues at 2-3 times a week but the intensity increases. You have learned the basics in Level One and you have increased your strength, in Level Two we capitalise on this and increase the intensity and difficulty to prepare you for Level Three where the real sculpting begins.
Level Three Body Sculpt: The Level Three Bring Your Sexy Back plan ups the regularity to 3-4 times a week and continues lifting the intensity. Your body is fully prepared now to do some sculpting work. We also add in some interval training to assist you to burn fat fast while you sculpt your body to your desired shape.
